Baseline Week Instructions
Days 1 – 7: Establishing your normal sleep patterns. This week captures what your sleep looks like without any supplementation.
Purpose
We need 7 nights of your normal sleep data to establish a personal baseline. This baseline becomes the comparison point for the supplementation week that follows. Without an accurate baseline, we cannot measure whether NAD+ Complete has any effect on your sleep.
Think of this week as a "control period." The more representative it is of your typical sleep, the more meaningful our comparison will be.
What to Do & What Not to Do
- Sleep as you normally would
- Wear Oura Ring to bed every night
- Complete daily notes each morning
- Keep your usual bedtime routine
- Charge Oura Ring during the day
- Start new supplements
- Dramatically change your sleep schedule
- Start a new exercise program
- Take melatonin or sleep aids
- Try to "sleep better" for the study
What We're Measuring
During both weeks, the Oura Ring tracks the following sleep metrics. Your baseline averages will be compared against your supplementation week averages.
